The bed was quite comfortable (a plus after a long day).

I had to lug my bags up several flights of stairs. the breakfast was a letdown. The juice tasted artificial, and the bread selection seemed very cheap.

The breakfast was a big disappointment. The juice tasted artificial, and there was very little fresh fruit available. The pastries were all wrapped in plastic. I also noticed that the mattress was quite thin. I could feel the springs. It sufficed for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to sleep on it for much longer.
